Birthday Parties & Celebrations
Let’s party! Designed for kids ages 2-12 of every gender, Samantha offers many themes from fairy princesses to pirates to Robots. Each party includes Two and a half hours of entertainment which includes a variety of age-appropriate activities:
Ages 2-5
Interactive Storytime including music and movement with instruments
Group Games
two craft projects using natural materials just like the art from Little Small & Co.
A scavenger hunt
Plus, we bring a mobile sensory play station for friends who may be less inclined to include themselves in group activities.
Ages 6-12
Parties include all of the above along with either a fairy salon where Samantha will create whimsical hairstyles and nail designs using press on stickers and gems OR a bigger scavenger hunt than the above package to keep more active friends occupied and weather permitting, out of the house.
Samantha is a former teacher and current mother whose training is mainly in the Montessori Practice, so no “baby talk” and “helicopter parenting” at the events. Just a safe space for kids to explore and use their imaginations with supervision and guidance.

workshops & Presentations
It’s all about celebrating nature in New England with Little Small & Co., and Samantha is keen to share her knowledge with audiences anywhere.
Workshops for adults and teens (12+) include two and a half hours and two craft projects in an artist-led class. We’ll begin with the basics of mosaic composition as we get to know how different materials behave within the medium and then finish with a more advanced art project. Samantha will provide all of the materials and tools needed for the class, but guests are encouraged to bring some special rocks or shells they have collected to include in their artworks.
In her demonstrations, Samantha will talk about her findings in nature and the ways in which certain materials behave within her artworks. She will also speak a bit about native ecosystems in New England and the ways in which the species and plant life have changed over time and then she’ll build a fairy house for the audience as she talks through her step-by-step process.

Workshops for non-profit organizations
The highest hope for Little Small & Co. as a whole, is to inspire people to have compassion for the environment. In our Non-Profit workshops, kids between the ages of 3-18 will work with natural materials just like Samantha does, to create keepsakes to take home. Each class is an hour long with a whimsical theme such as magic wands, potions, fairy doors and fairy houses.
Thanks to our collectors, Samantha is able to offer five (5) programs a year which are free for the organization as well as the participating patrons for up to ten (10) patrons. Once those classes have been booked, workshops are offered at a discounted rate.
